【研究领域和兴趣】


探索提高微尺度电光器件调制性能的有效手段;研究低维晶体材料的电光调制特性及其在光电通讯领域的新型微尺寸和低功耗器件中的应用;通过改进设计和实验验证提高光驱动旋转分子马达的综合性能。研究的开展部分借助理论计算,在合理的计算成本内得到较高精度的结果,并给出与实验吻合较好的分子结构、电子结构性质、材料的光电特性和热力学性质以及对化学反应过程的准确描述。
